Registration
Registration for In person classes for Fall has begun. Our classes are limited in size and registration is done on a first come first serve basis. Suburban Cooperative is Licensed by the state of Ohio and does not discriminate against applicants or students on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, or sex.
Important Information:
Your child must be three years old and toilet trained by August 1st of the upcoming school year to register for the Three-year-old Class.
Your child must be four years old and toilet trained by August 1st of the upcoming school year to register for the Four-year-old Class.
There is a non-refundable $75.00 registration fee due along with your application to secure a space in our classroom.
Should a class become full, we will inform you promptly. You will have a choice of rescinding your registration or being placed on a waiting list for the next opening.
To register please print our Registration Form, fill it out, and mail with your $75.00 registration fee to our Director, you will be notified by phone when your spot is secured in our program. Should the class you are enrolling in fill up, you will be placed on a waiting list until a spot opens for you. You will be notified by our Director should either occur.
